Assistant Producer

Sales
- Assist EP with paperwork, budgeting, and other items necessary to help close new jobs
- Follow up on active opportunities through emails and phone calls
- Cut demo reels through Simian for sales opportunities
Pre-Production
- Be established as primary client contact and send new project paperwork
- Attend new project kickoff meetings w/ EP, Director and client
- Assist in creating and/or reviewing creative briefs, assessing and developing scripts, and establishing a plan to execute on the client/Director creative vision
- Initialize the organization of projects within Zoho Projects
- Be primary point of contact between the client and production teams
- Work with EP to coordinate all crew needs for projects
- Create call sheets for shoots and send to crew/client
- Coordinate w/ clients and crew for special catering needs
- Place food orders w/ catering company for shoot days
- Coordinate w/ crew regarding equipment rentals as needed
Production
- Be primary contact for all production needs between client and crew
- Actively monitor production schedule to ensure schedule is adhered to
- Maintaining project budget to ensure no overages
- Occasional directing of clients on set
- Assist a wide variety of crew members
- Ensure COVID compliance on set
- Appropriately address any issues that arise during production
Post-Production
- Assist EP with maintaining client communication throughout post-production
- Communicate with editor(s) during post-production process
- Deliver final videos to client
- Other duties as assigned

Salary: $35K-$43K
Prior corporate/commercial production experience is super great, but for the right individual we will be willing to train. But either way, we will get you up to speed ASAP for immediate success. An outgoing and hungry attitude are the most important. We are looking to hire this position quickly, so this opening won’t be around for very long.
